Position Information:

The Human Performance Center at NWHSU is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a full-time, faculty Integrative Sports Care Coordinator (ISCC). The Integrative Sports Care Coordinator position combines the administrative operations of the Human Performance Center and working as a clinician with multiple sports teams.

This is a 12-month, faculty position where academic rank and compensation will be determined by qualifications and experience. Typically working Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays. Times may vary throughout the week based on the teaching and clinic schedule.

Work Location: Bloomington, MN on-site.


  • Maintains efficient daily administrative operations of the Human Performance Center (HPC).
  • Participates in the Human Performance Center Clinic locations as a provider.
  • Coordinates and collaborates with the HPC Director and other departments such as Academic Programs, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, etc.
  • Supervises HPC Residents, Sports Interns and Work Study Students.


  • Doctor of Chiropractic degree required
  • Previous clinical practice including managing patients and electronic health records.
  • Active Minnesota chiropractic license or qualified to obtain a Minnesota chiropractic license.
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP), Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Athletic Trainer Certification (ATC) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

Other Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

  • Maintains confidential information and discussions in a professional manner.
  • Has compassion and respect for students, patients, their families and team members
  • Highly effective written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite software
  • Ability to work cooperatively within a team
