Approximately 4 hours per week

Duties:

Assist instructor of the first two courses in the Principles and Philosophy sequence with updates and revisions of content and thematic emphases, especially as these relate to ideas espoused in Holly Folk's 2017 book, The Religion of Chiropractic, with the goal being to prepare students, faculty and the university as a whole to respond to criticism from within and outside the chiropractic profession as to the seemingly religious themes in traditional chiropractic philosophy.

Requirements:

  • Must be a current NWHSU student enrolled in the Chiropractic program or an undergraduate intending to enroll in the Chiropractic program
  • Applicant should have more than a rudimentary understanding of and interest in chiropractic history and chiropractic philosophy
